I believe in living in the moment, eating the cake, buying the shoes, taking that once-in-a-lifetime trip. I’m a lover of life, the simple moments, the unlimited possibilities in this journey called life.
Now is the best time — the perfect moment.
I’m the kind of person who gets a smile from your baby in the store or from passing children.
I absolutely adore them, and the innocence and wonderment they represent. I’m blessed with a beautiful daughter, a loving husband, and amazing friends and family. My husband is a touring musician, so we travel the world, and our house is filled with music and art.
I love the change of the seasons and how I can feel the magic and possibilities swirling in the moment. I love yoga and belly dancing. I treasure my favorite spiritual books that enlighten me on my journey and quench my thirst for growth and knowledge. I believe that the world is good, most people are loving, and world peace is possible.

About Lori
Lori Brystan is a storyteller, multifaceted photographer and pioneer of modern American portraiture. Over her 30-year career, she’s pursued her passion to create artful, meaningful images.
Her industry knowledge and technical skills are unmatched, from lighting and directing to makeup artistry and hair styling. And yet, her greatest strength lies beyond the lens, in her ability to make every personality shine in its own incredible way.
With the support of her Brystan Studios team, Lori puts her diverse skill set to work creating tailored, cinematic results for every client, while her entirely original style adds a magical touch to her craft.
Her work has been featured in publications such as Family Circle, Elle Decor, Greer’s OC and Ceremony Magazine. Lori is a two-time author, educator and filmmaker.

The Steps To Creating Your Dream Session!
Before Your Session
Boudoir photography is a joyful step in your journey towards self-love, confidence, and embracing your own sensuality.
Your photography session starts with a pre-shoot consultation where we sit down together and customize the shoot for you. Will discuss wardrobe, take a tour of our designer sets, and translate your dream shoot into a reality. Of course it’s totally natural to feel a little nervous or self-conscious about boudoir photography, but I’ve seen nerves quickly fade, replaced by pure excitement as my clients relax As their transformation begins in the hair and make up chair. It’s amazing what a little lipstick can do!
After Your Session
Get ready for your big reveal! About a week after your session we invite you back to view your images in our Glamorous theater room . sip champagne and snack on gourmet popcorn while we help and guide you in selecting all of your favorite images. We will Design a gorgeous Boudoir album that you Treasure the rest of your life. And there’s always that amazing image that is a must have for the wall in your bedroom!
During Your Session
State of the art Lighting, designer sets, And access to our exclusive wardrobe room, and exciting props from around the world, work together to create an memorable experience that every woman deserves.All it takes is a little encouragement and professional direction to reveal the supernatural power and beautiful curves and the incredible effective dramatic lighting has on a womans self-confidence!This is a joyful step in your journey towards self-love, confidence, and embracing your own sensuality. We will prep and pose you from your head to your toes!In the first few minutes of your session you will get to peek at the back of the camera at some of your images, slowly your nerves fade and turn into an exciting boost of confidence. And you know you’ve got this!
